White Chocolate Covered Popcorn
You that know me well have figured out that I’m not the best cook/baker in the world. I am however a fine finder of easy and yummy ideas. This afternoon I made some chocolate covered popcorn for the kids teachers at school. It’s too good and easy not to share.
Here’s what you need to begin: 1 bag of Ghirardelli white morsels and one bag of microwave popcorn. Pop the popcorn first and spread it out in a plastic container, making sure there are no kernels in the bottom. Melt the chocolate according to the instructions on the bag. Be very careful not to burn the chocolate.
Once those steps are done, pour the chocolate over the popcorn and stir it together.
Take parchment paper and place it on the counter. Spread the popcorn out and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
And there you have it! An easy and delicious treat.
